Dear Students,
On moodle you will find the papers for the paper reading assignment under the section "Introduction to the optical properties of the solide state".
The PDF document entitled "A paper reading assignement" contains the instructions.
As I told you in class. For this assignment you should form a group of three students. You should all
read all the titles and abstracts of the papers available on moodle. Then, collectively
decide the paper on which you would like to work in groups of three
students. The groups should be written in the shared file at the following link:

The papers must be chose by May 15. There should be no more than
two groups per paper ! All students from the group should read the entire paper
that was chosen. Together, you should discuss it and write a 1-2 page (max 2
pages) (11pt Arial, single line spacing within a paragraph) report/summary of
the paper. All three names of the students should appear in the heading of the
report.
